I have been using this ACE in Carrollton for several years. Nothing but great experiences when I go. I chose this ACE over any franchise hardware store such as Lowe’s or Home Depot. I believe in shopping local. From the moment I walk in the store I’m greeted by employees asking me if there is anything they can help me find. Customer service is on point and the materials I’m looking for are in stock. The employer will even follow by asking if there anything else I need. Most times in a store you can never find anyone to help you but not this Ace. Because Ace is the place!

Had a blonde haired associate, I think her name was Katie, was so helpful! Answered all my questions and recommended other products for my issue! She was super helpful and friendly! 10 out of 10 will come back!

It's huge goes on for amost a city block I could not see it all butshall it all but I shall return.

Lovely garden center, even before most things are blooming! The ladies that work there were so helpful and sweet. There's a kitty in the paint section too!! I nominate it for employee of the month My only complaint is that the garden center building is not wheelchair accessible. I'm disabled and was using crutches when I visited, but any other day would not be able to come in!

Love this place....but they don't have duck feed on hand. You have to order it. Other than that, it's a really nice place. Very neat and organized. And the people who work there are nice to. I'll be going back,they got a lot of stuff there. Reasonable price is too
